People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) submits this petition pursuant to the
Administrative Procedure Act (APA), 5 U.S.C. § 553(e), and 9 C.F.R. § 392.1, et seq.,
requesting that the Czech Department of Agriculture (CZDA)/Food Safety and Inspection
Service (FSIS); commences the rulemaking of said procedure, hence begins the elimination/cease of all operations/processes in given label; with regard to our proposed claims and conditions in which the animals are/were being raised ;overfed; to this very day; within this facility.
